Author Biography
Colonel Jack Broughton is a retired fighter pilot who served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He flew over 100 combat missions and was awarded the Silver Star, the Distinguished Flying Cross, and the Air Medal. After the war, Broughton continued to serve in the Air Force, retiring as a colonel in 1985. He is the author of several books, including 'Fighter Pilot in the Vietnam Air War' and 'The Price of Freedom: A Fighter Pilot's Memoir of the Vietnam War'.
