3. Cut a piece of fabric that is twice the length you measured in step 1 and the width of your hips.
4. Fold the fabric in half lengthwise and sew up the sides.
5. Insert the tights into your legs and pull them up to your waist.
6. Fold the top edge of the tights down and sew it in place.
